Program description

ClyxAi sends and receives SMS messages on behalf of home-service businesses to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, deliver quotes, and follow up on requested services. Messages are only sent to individuals who have provided consent, for example by submitting a form, texting in first, or requesting contact from the business.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. One final confirmation message will be sent.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
• Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Compliance

ClyxAi registers messaging traffic under A2P 10DLC with participating US carriers and follows applicable US and Canadian messaging regulations, including TCPA and CASL requirements. Opt-out requests are honored automatically and immediately.
